Guarantee of lawful and secure processing of personal data

Right to access/rectify/erase your personal data

If Nobla does process your data, you also have the right to access the collected personal data. If you wish to exercise your right of access, Nobla will respond within one (1) month of receiving the request. The request should be made by registered mail or by sending an email to info@noblarestaurant.be.
Incorrect or incomplete personal data can always be corrected. The User is primarily responsible for correcting inaccuracies and providing updates. You can exercise your right of rectification by providing an additional statement to Nobla. Nobla will respond within one (1) month of receiving the statement.
You also have the right to have your personal data erased without undue delay. You may exercise this right to be forgotten in the following cases:
- When the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected;
- When the data were collected based on consent and there is no other legal ground for processing;

- For the period Nobla needs to verify the accuracy of the personal data, in case of dispute;
- When the processing is unlawful and the User requests restriction instead of erasure;
- When Nobla no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes but the User needs them for legal claims;
- For the period required for Nobla to verify whether the grounds for deletion are valid.
Users also have the right at any time to object to the processing of their personal data. Nobla will stop processing your personal data, unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override the User’s rights.

Right to data portability
Users have the right to receive the personal data they have provided to Nobla in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. Users also have the right to transmit those data to another data controller when the processing is based solely on the User’s consent.

Right to withdraw consent/right to lodge a complaint
Users have the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. In addition, Users have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of their personal data by Nobla with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
